The Trevale House is in the south of France not far from the beaches that lead in to the Atlantic Ocean. Les Mathes is the nearest village and its an ideal setting for those who want to share and experience a holiday in a luxury villa in this beautiful location of France.

Centred in a peaceful neighbourhood, the villa creates a private and secure atmosphere and also a great rate for renting throughout the summer months.

For a stay at the villa in September there is a discount off the normal price, and it will be taken off the price when you book the villa. The discount would be 15% off the normal rate.

Villa Description

The villa has 2 floors, the ground floor has a large lounge and dining room area, the kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, there is a separate room with a TV, toilet and laundry room. The upper level has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, there is enough space to sleep 8 people, with king sized beds and 4 single beds. The lounge sofa bed has space for a couple of people.

A 4 to 5 bedroom villa located in a warm climate and a quite neighbourhood and within walking distance of the centre of the nearest village and the beach.

Set in the beautiful French village of Les Mathes and roughly 2 miles from La Palmyre, here you will find beautiful white sand beaches and long Atlantic coastline.
