Accommodation
The Lounge
The lounge is completely furnished with a sofa suite, coffee table, chairs and integrated dining area with seating for 10, TV, Satellite viewing, music hi-fi system,
a DVD player and various board games are available. The separate TV room has a large flat screen TV with DVD a game console with a number of games, and a sofabed which can sleep two more people.
The Kitchen & Dining Area
The Kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric ceramic cooker, cooker hood, coffee machine, kettle, necessary utensils, full piece dining set and cutlery,
tables and chairs for the dining space which seats 10 to 12 people.
The Ground Level
Gain direct access to the patio from both the kitchen and the living room, from the patio there is direct gain access to the swimming pool, totally secure with a fence and canopy surrounding the area.
The Upstairs
The upper floor has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, also stored here is ironing equipment and a hover.
Bedroom 1 & 3 : is with a kingsize bed, cabinets and wardrobe and and en-suite bathroom (bedroom 3 without en-suite).
Ensuite bathroom has a toilet, shower and bathroom furniture.
Bedroom 2 & 4 : with two single beds, cabinets and wardrobe.
With a WC, shower and enclosure, bath and bathroom furniture.
